Ebola Lockdown Enforcement: 28 Cars, 222 Motorcycles Impounded in Mubende. In an effort to stop the spread of Ebola, President Yoweri Museveni declared a stay-at-home lockdown in the districts of Mubende and Kassanda two days ago.  According to security services, 28 cars and 222 motorcycles have already been impounded for breaking the restrictions. Three automobiles and 145 motorcycles have been seized in Kassanda by police and affiliated security organisations, according to Senior Commissioner of Police-SCP Fred Enanga, the police spokesperson. 25 automobiles and 77 more motorcycles have been seized in the Mubende district. A 25-year old man who claims Old Kampala Hospital removed his kidney was born with just one organ, according to the results of a CT scan. After Muhammad Kabanda claimed Old Kampala Hospital removed his kidney without his permission, police took over the investigation and ordered the scan, which was done at Kampala Imaging Centre. However, the results of the abdomen scan revealed that Kabanda only had the right kidney at birth, a condition known as renal agenesis in medicine. According to doctors, kids who only have one kidney are completely healthy and lead regular lives. To maintain the health of their single kidney, they must be watched, nevertheless. Dr. Moses Byaruhanga, the Director of Police Health Services, handed the family the scan results on Saturday and said that Kabanda was born with one kidney that was larger than the average kidney and that he had numerous renal arteries, even though there is typically only one artery per kidney. Lands Minister Judith Nabakooba has advised landlords against snatching up government-owned vacant land and selling it to gullible citizens. The Minister also detailed the Land Fund's role in the government's efforts to protect the land rights of thousands of Ugandans. According to Nabakooba, the Land Fund aims to ensure the security of tenure, and it has allowed the government to grant land titles to numerous individuals around the nation.
