The Chairperson NRM Electoral commission has this afternoon halted the NRM primary elections in Bukono Constituency of Namutumba district after the death of Hon. Persis Namuganza’s agent.
Persis Namuganza faces stiff competition from Emmanuel Katoko M. the current Speaker of the district and a brother to State Minister for Agriculture Hon. Aggrey Bagiire.
